As a follow-up to my post on converting an LCD screen to second monitor, check out this project. Now, I wouldn't categorize this one as a "budget" project because I personally don't know anyone who has an LCD screen they want to tear apart to make a projection TV, not to mention an overhead projector sitting around their house, but I guess it's possible...
